Fiberfrax® Duraboard® products are a family of rigid, high temperature ceramic fiber boards manufactured in a wet forming process using Fiberfrax alumina-silica fibers and binders. These boards are designed to resist erosion, vibration and mechanical stress, and are easily customized to fit any installation. Available in different grades from approximately 2300°F to 3000°F.
Refractory Ceramic Fiber (RCF) materials are used primarily in industrial high temperature insulating applications. Examples include heat shields, heat containment, gaskets, expansion joints, industrial furnaces, ovens, kilns, boilers and other process equipment at applications up to 1400°C.
