NEMA G-10 is constructed of a woven glass fabric combined with easy-machining, non-brominated epoxy resin. It is engineered to provide NEMA grade G-10 properties, but is easier to machine and more cost effective in many applications.
NEMA G-10 is a glass fabric combined with a halogen-free epoxy resin system. The product offers a combination of excellent electrical characteristics and superior physical properties. In addition, it is not flame retardant and meets NEMA G-10 requirements. NEMA G-10 is used for structural support and insulation properties. It is also suitable for pipe shoes and vacuum applications. NEMA G-10 complies with the requirements of MIL-I-24768/2, Type GEE, and IPC 4101, sheet 20.
