NEMA G-11 consists of a woven glass fabric combined with high temperature epoxy resin system. NEMA G-11 has excellent mechanical strength and electrical properties from cryogenic to elevated temperatures. Continuous operating temperature is 175°C.
NEMA G-11 combines a woven glass fabric and a high temperature epoxy resin system that is non-brominated. The product provides consistent quality and good electrical properties under dry and humid conditions, as well as high flexural, impact, and bond strength at room and elevated temperatures.NP511 meets or exceeds the requirements of MIL-I-24768/3, Type GEB.
NEMA G-11 Advantages:
Combines high strength, good electrical properties and excellent moisture resistance. Grade G11 offers roughly twice the mechanical strength of Grade G10.
