Vale Electrification Systems are used in the materials handling industry for crane electrification, hoists, monorails, storage/retrieval and sortation systems.

Copperhead Conductors:

• Vahle electrification systems are installed on insulators, combine the advantages of high conductivity, low voltage drop and great mechanical strength with a very high life expectancy - from 220 to 1560 amps with heavy duty collectors from 60 to 800 amps capacity.

• Recommended for: Heavy duty use with steel mill and foundry cranes, stoking cars, container and shipyard cranes, bulk handling equipment, transit and people mover systems.

Uni-Pole Insulated Conductors:

• Single phase, insulated conductors for indoor or outdoor installation. Compact hangers allow space saving arrangements; from 10 to 1000 amps; with collectors from 20 to 400 amps capacity.

• Recommended for: Runway conductors for overhead cranes, gantry cranes, shipyard and port cranes, AS/RS systems, automated material handling systems, testing installations, elevators, people mover systems, etc.

Powerail Conductors:

• Powerail is a very compact, multiple conductor system with a self-insulating, non-corrosive PVC housing. Powerail can be easily installed and is virtually maintenance free. Systems of 2 to 7 conductors with a capacity of 40 to 200 amps are available.

• Recommended for: Crane runway and bridge electrification, monorails, AS/RS systems, interlocking and transfer systems, conveyers, automated material handling systems, power tools, etc.

Cable Festoon Systems:

• Cable Electrical Festoon Systems for C-Track, Square-Bar and I-Beam installations; for flat cable, round cable or hose.
